Overview

The Apple iPhone 5 is now upgradeable to iOS 7. This is a completely re-designed operating system, with up to 200 new features like Control Centre, AirDrop and smarter multitasking. On top of the new features, Apple have also decided to make existing features even better, such as Safari, Siri, Notification Centre and App Store.

Control Centre gives quick access to controls and Apps. It can be used to toggle Airplane mode, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Do Not Disturb. The screen's orientation can be locked and brightness can be adjusted and music tracks can be played, paused or skipped. The Control Centre can also be used to connect to AirPlay enabled devices, or to access the torch, timer, calculator and camera. Air Drop for iOS 7 can also be enabled, which can be used to share photos, videos, contacts and anything from Apps with a Share button.

If you think your applications are running in the background and increasing data usage, try closing background apps.
